I participated in the EA SPORTS FC 24 Closed Beta on PC, testing multiple game modes such as Volta Football, Clubs, Kick-Off, Learn to Play, Online Seasons, Co-op Seasons, and Online Friendlies. The goal of the Beta was to gather strucutred feedback on gameplay, performance, and user experience before the game’s official release.

Responsibilities

  • Tested gameplay systems and mechanics across various modes.

  • Identified and documented reproducible bugs and UI issues.

  • Reported technical problems and gameplay feedback using EA’s provided feedback channels.

  • Evaluated performance stability and server responsiveness.

  • Provided usability insights related to menus and interface clarity.

Outcome

My feedback contributed to improving gameplay balance and technical stability before release. This experience strengthened my skills in structured QA reporting, communication, and identifying performance-related issues in large-scale testing environments.
